Parlat Web Browser is a web browser specially designed for people who are visually impaired or have physical disabilities.

Parlat Web Browser is created to be fully used by the keyboard, not the mouse. Thus, people with disabilities can better manage it. Furthermore, each website that loads is read by a speech synthesizer. It even reads links or images. It also reports on the state of loading of the website if it's very slow.

In the case of motor disability, Parlat Web Browser is controlled by a switch that automatically scans all websites that are charging. It comes with a manual in MS Word which explains step by step how to configure it.
